Our Exchange Policy aims to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our product. We will happily exchange any item that meets our criteria of being unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and still has the original tags, within 7 days of delivery for a different size or style. However, please note that sale products and accessories cannot be exchanged or returned.
If you wish to return an item, it must meet the same criteria and be returned within 7 days of delivery. All returns will be processed through Bank Transfer and may take up to 15 working days. In case of a product defect, we will require clear videos or pictures of the item’s packaging being opened.
To initiate an exchange or return, please click the provided link. We will either arrange for a pickup or you will need to ship the item to our address in New Delhi. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your request. Note that an item is eligible for only one exchange or return request.
We do not accept cancellations after 24 hours of placing the order. If you need to make changes to your order, such as the size, delivery address, or phone number, please contact us at info@alraziqfabric.com with the subject “Order Number + Revised information” before it has been shipped.
Unfortunately, international orders are not eligible for exchange or return. For size-related queries, please contact us before placing an order at info@alraziqfabric.com with the subject “(order no) + EXCHANGE / RETURN” within 7 days of delivery.
