Q- How do I select my size?

A size chart is given on every product page. We request you to read it thoroughly before ordering.

Q- How can I be assured of the quality of products ordered?

All your products are handmade with the utmost love and care. In this process, only the finest grade of fabrics are used and the products go through 5 layers of quality inspection before dispatch.

Q- How can I take care of my garment?

Machine wash can cause the delicate threads of your Al Raziq outfit to open up, therefore, we recommend a hand wash/dry clean for your handcrafted outfit.

Q- Do you customise products?

No, we do not offer any product customisations, we have standard designs and sizes.

PAYMENT, SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Q- How can I make payments on the website?

At HOC, we accept online payments and COD for orders under INR 7000. You can make online payments using credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI, wallets etc. through our payment gateway.

Q- I just placed my order. When will I receive it?

Usually, orders are dispatched within 2-4 working days of the customer placing the order. This depends on the availability of the product and delays caused due to other unusual circumstances.

Q-How can I track my order?

We currently don’t have a live tracking option available on the website but we request you to wait until your parcel is dispatched within the above mentioned time frame. Q-Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Our website ships WORLDWIDE.

Q- Is there a way for me to monitor the progress of my international shipment?

At present, our website doesn’t offer real-time tracking, so we ask for your patience until your package is sent. When it’s dispatched, DHL will send you a tracking link. Q- What shipping companies do you partner with to deliver your products?

For our domestic orders, we rely on reputable services like Delhivery and Bluedart. As for our international orders, we use DHL to ensure timely and efficient delivery.

When can I expect to receive the rest of my products if I’ve only received a partial shipment?

We typically ship all items together once they are available. If you have only received part of your order, please contact our customer care team at info@alraziqfabric.com, and they will investigate the matter promptly.

Q- How can I modify my delivery address/phone number/size for an order that's already pending?

If you need to update any details in your pending order, such as your size, delivery address, or phone number, please send an email to info@alraziqfabric.com with the subject “Order Number + Revised Information.” We will do our best to make the changes if your order has not yet been shipped..
