What is the process for exchanging a product?
Please note that each item is eligible for a return or exchange request only once. If you wish to exchange an item, you can either arrange a reverse pickup with us, or you can ship the parcel back to us at the following address:

How can I cancel my order and receive a refund?
Please note that we accept returns for items that are unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and still have the original tags within 7 days of delivery. We cannot accept cancellations after 24 hours from the time the order was placed.
